Champion Personnel System is expanding. The recession isn’t over quite yet, but our business is up 40+% over last year. We are looking for focused, diligent sales people to help us continue our re-growth. You will function heavily over the phone and in-person to contact potential hiring authorities in the NE Ohio area. The qualities we seek are: Mentally mature and lacking drama or personal issues that get in the way of career performance. You need to be self-motivated as we do NOT believe a sales rep has to be hand -held to work hard. You should understand how businesses do hiring and how candidates are evaluated. Background in business to business sales, able to be exceptional over the phone and a desire to be highly successful. B2B, HR, Call Center Outbound or recent college grad looking to become a super-star. Full training.

We are open to experience in our profession, but have found that it is easier to train a new person than to re-train from a lesser competitor or worry about the personal baggage many people carry around.
