Yes. We said “Commodity”. People in Corporations who use “Temporary Staffing” view what we do as a commodity: Call the “agency”, get bodies. Some you might keep. You don’t want or need our advice, counsel or our insight. What we do is Way Above “Day Labor”. Our people are sober and have homes. They are skilled and they are ready to work. We do this better than anyone. You don’t want to do this.
Flexible Staffing:
Interim (Temp), Interim to Direct and Direct Hire. Our delivery is tailored to your special need. You want SKILLED people (White Collar, Blue Collar, No Collar, SKILLED employees), and you want to try them out before you hire them. Or you want some people as “temps”, some as temp to perm. We will find the right people, quickly. We screen, evaluate, match. Trying this on your own is a BIG gamble, no matter what “social media” and HR “Recruiters” say. Doing it “on your own” won’t save money or make you points like you may think.
Talent Acquisition:
Direct Hire, Search, “Permanent Hire”. The people we find for you are on your payroll at the beginning. We are EXPERTS in this. We do this 24/7/365. In many circumstances you or Champion can find people by running ads. But…you don’t want the hassle of looking through 234 resumes, the vast majority of which are WAY outta the ball park. You will probably reject 95% or reject them so badly you tarnish your company’s rep. We will do it the right way for you, from writing the ad (to attract the right people) to screening, interviewing and evaluating. Having Champion do this enhances your position. Weekends I can be reached on my iPhone (the mobile number), unless I am at a pow-wow (summers). I can hear the phone even when I am mowing the lawn as I use an electric lawnmower (Did you know that gas mowers put out more crap into the atmosphere than a car?). I drive a Hybrid, so does my full-blood Indian wife. I am on the board of 3 companies and 3 not for profit organizations, so sometimes I turn the mobile off at those meetings. Sometimes I turn it off just because I don’t want to talk to anyone, except the critters around the house.
